The people who join a company early do not inherit a playbook, they write it.
Every conversation with a customer, every line of code and every decision about what to build next is still open. If you want your work to shape what FlockScore can become, rather than fit into what it already is, this is the moment to join.
Sales and growth
Go-to-Market Manager
Full-time · Ghent, Belgium, hybrid · Permanent, start date flexible
Apply by emailOwn how FlockScore wins its next manufacturing customers. You run the pipeline from first conversation to signed contract, work directly with the founders on positioning and pricing, and build the sales motion the next hires will follow.
What you’ll do
- Own the pipeline end to end: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals and close, with procurement and supplier quality leaders at manufacturers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
- Run outbound across email, LinkedIn and events, and turn partner communities such as Procurement Unplugged into a steady source of conversations.
- Lead walkthroughs on real scorecards and translate what prospects need into pilots with a clear path to a paid contract.
- Keep the CRM and forecast honest and report weekly on what is working.
- Feed customer and prospect insight back into product, pricing and messaging.
What you bring
- Two or more years in B2B sales or business development, ideally selling software or data to industrial companies.
- Comfortable in conversations with plant managers, procurement directors and supplier quality leads.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French or German a strong plus.
- Structured and self-directed: you build your own pipeline and close it.
- Energised by an early-stage company where the playbook is still being written.
What you get
- A founding commercial role at an imec.istart and Start it @KBC backed start-up, working directly with the founders.
- Ownership of the go-to-market motion and a say in how the team grows around it.
- Competitive salary, with equity participation.
- Hybrid work from our office in Ghent.

Product and data
Data Scientist
Full-time · Ghent, Belgium, hybrid · Permanent, start date flexible
Apply by emailScale the model behind the FlockScore. It already runs in production, fusing peer scorecards from our customer network with certificates, public events, financial and hiring signals into one calibrated score per supplier. You harden the training and deployment loop, add signal and sources, and make our supplier risk predictions earlier and sharper, alongside a CTO with a data science background.
What you’ll do
- Evolve how peer reviews, certificates, public events, financial and hiring signals combine into eight category scores and one FlockScore.
- Own the MLOps loop: experiment tracking, versioning, evaluation against historical outcomes, drift and calibration monitoring, controlled retraining.
- Sharpen the confidence indicator and the predictive layer, so every score carries a calibrated reliability and deterioration is flagged earlier.
- Find and backtest new public and commercial sources, and integrate the ones that earn their place.
- Scale the data pipeline with engineering, and make every number explainable to a procurement director.
What you bring
- Degree in statistics, data science, engineering or similar, with two or more years on real, messy, multi-source data.
- Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in PostgreSQL and with LLM APIs as a tool, not a magic box.
- Has built, shipped and maintained a scoring, ranking or risk model in production, and can explain where it was wrong.
- Working knowledge of MLOps: reproducible training, evaluation pipelines, monitoring, models that keep working after launch.
- Cares about calibration and explainability as much as accuracy, and is curious about manufacturing and procurement.
What you get
- A production ML system that is the product, shaped end to end from source evaluation to deployment and monitoring.
- A proprietary dataset of peer-reviewed supplier performance that exists nowhere else and compounds with every customer.
- An imec.istart and Start it @KBC backed start-up, a seat in Wintercircus, and a CTO who speaks your language.
- Competitive salary with equity participation, hybrid from our office in Ghent.

Marketing
Marketing Intern
Internship · Ghent, Belgium, hybrid · 3 to 6 months, start date flexible
Apply by emailHelp procurement teams discover FlockScore. You own content and channels end to end: from an idea for a LinkedIn post or a knowledge hub article, to publishing it and reading the numbers the week after.
What you’ll do
- Write and publish for the knowledge hub, LinkedIn and email: guides, customer stories, event recaps.
- Turn product data and customer conversations into short, useful posts for procurement people.
- Run our LinkedIn company page and support the founders' own posting.
- Prepare events and webinars with partners such as Procurement Unplugged.
- Track what works in PostHog and LinkedIn analytics and propose what to do next.
What you bring
- Studying marketing, communication, business or similar, or recently graduated.
- Writes well in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Interested in B2B and industry, not only consumer brands.
- Hands-on with tools: you would rather try Canva, a CMS or an analytics dashboard than wait for someone else.
- Can take a rough idea from a founder and turn it into something finished.
What you get
- A marketing function to shape, with your work visible on the site and in front of customers.
- Direct work with the founding team and our partners in the procurement community.
- A portfolio of published work by the end of the internship.
- Hybrid work from our office in Ghent.
